Every attendant goes through an intensive training program. Many of our attendants have been with us for 10+ years. Continuous updating of training and monthly staff meetings are required. Our management supervisors are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to assure both our customers and our attendants have access to a professional communication consultant whenever needed.
