  • Call forwarding - You must have the call forwarding feature through your local telephone company and you may forward your phone to us anytime you need us to answer for you.
  • Remote Call Forwarding - You may have a telephone number through your local telephone company and have them forward that number to us all the time. We answer as your office and you pay the telephone half of the expense of a business telephone line yet you can advertise in the yellow pages with this number.
  • Live Operator Option - If you have voice mail in your office to handle your calls and would like to give your caller the option to talk with a live person, you can have our number programmed into your system as one of the options the caller can choose. We can then assist the caller as per your instructions. Remember people like to talk to a LIVE PERSON and you can give your customer that option after hours and for emergencies.
  • Emergency Calls After Hours - Our staff is trained to handle these type calls for you via alpha or numerical pages. We also can provide a recap of all calls handled after hours to your fax or e-mail.
